IEPF Claim / Refund
Recover shares and dividends held by the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority. The process involves IEPF-5 filing, verification by the company, and release of refunds into the claimant’s demat account.
- File IEPF-5 form and generate acknowledgement SRN.
- Submit printed IEPF-5 with indemnity bond and required documents to company Nodal Officer.
- Company verifies documents and submits verification report to IEPF Authority.
- IEPF releases refund and shares to claimant’s demat account.
- Complete KYC with ISR 1, ISR 2, ISR 4, SH 13 as needed.
Lost Share Certificates
A structured process for lost shares includes affidavits, indemnity bonds, and public notice to safeguard stakeholder interests.
- Prepare ISR 1, ISR 2, SH 13, ISR 4 along with canceled cheque.
- Provide client master list from the depository participant.
- Submit indemnity bond and affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.500.
- Provide surety affidavit (Rs.500) with PAN & Aadhar and notary attestation.
- File FIR/police complaint regarding loss of shares.
- Publish public notice in a widely read newspaper with folio details.
